Shipping

Please be sure to note whether your item is eligible for shipping on the product description page before purchasing. Due to size and fragility of certain pieces, we do not offer shipping, only local pickup/ delivery.

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $10 on all items for your convenience and ease of fulfillment. Domestic purchases ship via FedEx Ground within 2-3 business days. All work is packed professionally to industry standards for fragile work. A tracking number will be supplied once the package has been shipped. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

If a piece is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged work and email us with the photo attached and your order number enclosed, to receive a refund including the original shipping charge.

If the exterior of the package is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the damaged area (and the shipping label if possible) prior to opening. Once opened, please inspect the piece for any cracks or damage. If damage is present, our return policy as stated above will apply.

We request that you provide images of damaged packaging and/ or items within 7 days of receipt.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the criteria above (damage) is met. We will do our best to photograph each piece as accurately as possible. If you are unsure of your purchase and would like additional clarification, please contacts us.

International

Please contact us for international shipping rates. If your country collects import taxes and fees, you will be responsible for any such charges.

Delivery

For items that are only eligible for in-shop pickup, we may also be able to offer free local delivery, as long as the drop-off location is within 40 miles from the studio, located in Los Feliz, CA. Please contact us to coordinate.
